注意・禁止事項 / Rules

当店では、キャスト・お客様双方に安心してご利用いただくため、以下のルールを設けております。
ご予約・ご利用前に必ずご確認ください。

Please read the following rules carefully before booking or using our services.
These rules are in place for the safety and comfort of both customers and staff.

禁止事項 / Prohibited Actions

・禁止されているサービスや行為の要求・強要。

・施術前のシャワーを拒否する行為、その他衛生面で問題があると当店が判断する行為。

・過剰なサービスの要求。

・ご予約時に選択されていない有料オプションの要求、または当該オプションに該当する行為。

・キャストの同意を得ていない行為、またはキャストが拒否した行為の継続・強要。

・噛みつき、強くつねる、叩く等、キャストに痛み・怪我・過度な身体的負担を与える行為。

・その他、キャストが危険または不快と判断する行為。

・カメラ付き携帯電話、カメラ、ビデオ、その他電子機器等を使用した撮影・盗撮・録音・盗聴行為。

・当店キャストに対するスカウト、勧誘、引き抜き行為。

・当店を介さず、キャストと個人的に連絡を取り合う行為。

・当店キャストに対する暴言、暴力、威圧的な言動、プライベートの過度な詮索等。

・その他、当店またはキャストが施術の継続が困難または危険であると判断する行為。

年齢制限 / Age Restriction

18歳未満および高校生の方はご利用いただけません。

Customers under 18 years old and high school students are not permitted to use our services.

施術の中止・返金について / Service Termination & Refunds

上記の禁止事項に該当する行為が確認された場合は、キャストの安全を最優先とし、その時点で直ちに施術を中止させていただく場合がございます。

お客様による禁止行為を理由として施術を中止した場合、施術料金および残り時間分の返金はいたしかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

また、禁止行為の内容によっては、以後の当店のご利用をお断りする場合がございます。

Prohibited Actions

・Requesting or forcing prohibited services or activities.

・Refusing to shower before treatment or other behavior considered unhygienic by the salon.

・Requesting excessive services.

・Requesting or engaging in any paid option that was not selected at the time of booking.

・Engaging in any activity without the staff member's consent, or continuing or forcing any activity that the staff member has refused.

・Biting, pinching, hitting, or any other behavior that causes or may cause pain, injury, or excessive physical strain to our staff.

・Any other behavior that our staff considers dangerous or inappropriate.

・Taking photos or videos, making audio recordings, using hidden cameras, or engaging in any other unauthorized recording.

・Scouting, soliciting, or recruiting our staff.

・Contacting our staff privately outside of the salon.

・Verbal abuse, violence, intimidation, or excessive questioning about a staff member's private life.

・Any other behavior that the salon or staff determines makes it difficult or unsafe to continue the service.

Service Termination & Refunds

If any of the above prohibited actions are identified, the service may be stopped immediately to ensure the safety of our staff.

If the service is stopped due to prohibited behavior by the customer, no refund will be provided, including for any remaining service time.

Depending on the nature of the violation, we may also refuse any future bookings.
