利用規約 / Terms
当店では、ご予約後のキャストのチェンジ・キャンセルは不可となります。
キャストの出勤スケジュールや、曜日・時間等により大変混み合う場合がございますので、事前のご予約をおすすめいたします。
ご予約確定後の当日キャンセルは、キャストのスケジュールを確保しておりますため、キャンセル料が発生いたします。
キャンセル料は、ご利用料金の全額をお支払いいただきます。
※キャンセルにつきましては、前日21:00までにお願いいたします。
After booking is confirmed, staff change or cancellation is not available.
Advance booking is recommended, as schedules may be busy depending on the day and time.
If you cancel on the same day after confirmation, a cancellation fee will be charged.
The cancellation fee is the full service fee.
Please cancel by 9:00 PM on the previous day.

These rules are for the safety and comfort of both customers and staff.
・禁止行為の強要、要求、またはそれに付帯する行為を要求される方。
・施術前にシャワーを浴びない、衛生面で不適切と判断される方。
・過剰なサービスを要求される方。
・カメラ付き携帯、その他カメラ、ビデオ、電子機器等による撮影、盗撮、盗聴行為をされる方。
・当店のキャストに対するスカウト等の引き抜き行為。
・当店のキャストと個人的に連絡を取り合う行為。
・当店のキャストに対する暴言、暴力、嫌がる行為、プライベートの詮索等。
・１８歳未満、高校生の方。
上記の禁止事項にあてはまると当店が判断した場合、ただちにサービス中止とさせていただきます。
その場合、ご返金には一切応じかねますので、予めご了承ください。
Prohibited actions include :
・Requesting prohibited services.
・Refusing to shower before treatment.
・Requesting excessive services.
・Photo, video, audio recording, or hidden camera use.
・Scouting or recruiting our staff.
・Private contact with our staff.
・Verbal abuse, violence, unwanted behavior, or asking private questions to staff.
・Customers under 18 years old or high school students.
If we determine that any rule has been violated, the service will be stopped immediately.
No refund will be given in that case.
